The oak forests of Jászság managed by NEFAG Zrt. are of outstanding importance as truffle habitats in Hungary and are among the most excellent summer truffle collection sites in Central Europe. Forest Kitchen makes its products with carefully handpicked truffles from these forests. We would like to bring our products to everyone’s table, showing the values of forest gastronomy and the unique flavours of truffles.
